Shipping Cost

Orders over ₺2,000 receive free shipping.
Orders under ₺2,000 are subject to a ₺49.90 shipping fee.

Delivery Times

Istanbul: 1-2 business days
Anatolia: 3-5 business days
Eastern Turkey: 4-6 business days

Delivery times are valid from the confirmation of the order. Weekends and public holidays are not included in delivery times.

Shipping Company

Your orders are shipped through our contracted shipping company. The tracking number will be sent to you via email and SMS when your order is shipped.

Delivery Conditions

Delivery is made to the specified address.
Please check your package upon delivery; in case of damage, request a report from the courier.
Orders that cannot be delivered to the address are kept at the cargo branch for 3 days.
